Urban Sun is one of the funnest and most soulful bands in NYC and beyond. Grabbing a cold beer and watching them lay down the nastiest, body movin grooves is profoundly satisfying. Urban Sun offers us all a much needed opportunity to be jubilant in a public place. A celebration of life and good lord, that super funky nasty stuff. They lay it all out every time they hit the stage. This is pure music, in the funk-rock-soul sense of the word. You would have to fight yourself to not wanna dance along with the beautiful and live crowd they bring.
